https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fluoride
From Wiki-pedia I have found that
a) The World Health Organisation suggests 0.7mg/l in the water as it is good for tooth decay.
b) Fluoride is in ground water naturally, Weathering of rocks.
c) Some parts of the world have high/dangerous levels in the ground water
So it seems from this that everyone is getting some, and a few (% wise) get
too much for their health. Conclusion is that a little bit is good, but more
is not necessarily better.
Finally, "Not to be confused with Florin, Fluorene, Fluoride, Fluorone, or Florine."
