Yes it is. A lot of Trolls love your server.
The hard criteria for a spam- or Troll-servers are those who do not
require a login/account.

My sites and servers require registration and email verification to post.

If someone finds spam from my servers they should let me know, but it's not happening any more than from other servers.

Just because you can read articles without an account does not mean you can post.

My Thunderbird gives all messages that the newsserver carry,
At the gmane/gwene newsservers in some groups there are messages from 2005.

Eternal-September has different retention times for different newsgroups.
Could be some months or many years.
