  • mailpost -d option and debugging

    I try to make mailpost work. It's pretty hard because mailpost is half
    news half mail, so the work have to be done as root and logs are spread everywhere

    my notes:

    on a more precise one, "-d local" as said here:

    gives error messages and block the post.

    Didn't you explicitly refuse articles with "local" distribution in the
    ME entry of your newsfeeds file?

    in fact

    ME:!*/!local,!collabra-internal::

    seems to be default (I don't remember having made anything here)

    so probably remove !local

    but why do other list works (linux-31)?

    additionally, what is this collabra-internal?

    Netscape Collabra Server was a NNTP server. I think it was known to create control messages with that distribution when newsgroups were created or
