    My Hotmail address is very good in filtering. Since https://www.nu.nl/tech/6306902/politie-vindt-vijf-miljoen-nederlandse-e-mailadressen-bij-online-oplichters.html

    I discovered with the tool from the police that my Hotmail address was
    on that list.
    Now they were arrested almost no spam

    Still SEO scammers use Hotmail / Outlook!

    Not as many as the 30 day "pop-up" turds. It's easier to get a VPS and
    spam from that until they get kicked off or the NETBLK gets blacklisted.
