  • calendar set up for corona virus ECQ -google drive spread sheet

    hi there need help

    We all have this probationary contract but unfortunately ECQ for covid has coming and this interferes the schedules of the dates i am looking for.

    We have this practice of their 3rd, 5th month evaluation, also there is a regularization date here i include the basis available on hand:


    Date hired/Started: Oct 2 2019
    Date of leave started (ECQ) - March 17, 2020
    Date of Return - May 16, 2020


    I am looking for the ff. dates:

    1. 3rd month Evaluation
    2. 5th Month Evaluation
    3. Regularization date (6th month)
