    The grammar, punctuation, syntax, and spelling in our
    country are nothing less than dreadful. And our youth
    don't have a monopoly on this. It includes major media
    figures, political leaders, public spokespersons of major

    ha ha ha... English is just a tool, and users can abuse it to make it
    look like deteriorating. Who're the judges and users? Their intention
    also make a lot of differences. :)

    Dr. Jai Maharaj spammed about an article titled:

    Yes, I think it is deteriorating. For example, I
    have just received the following unsolicited e-mail:

    New SoundCloud Premier marketing and promotional
    opportunities help you reach even more fans

    It makes two errors: one blatant and one flagrant.
    The first error is the notion of reaching fans, as
    if my fans existed in a latent form, unaware of me
    and unsuspecting they were my fans. The second er-
    ror is the impudent assumption, in the use of "even
    more", that the person addressed has already reached
    many fans. Sloppy thinking and sloppy writing.
