I own stock of a pre-IPO company that was registered in Belize (for years) until January XX, 2022.
On January XX, 2022, it changed to a Delaware USA company. I am trying to find out the value of XX.
Do I need to file IRS Form 5471 for the few days in January it was a Belize company?
I believe I am a 5b filer.
