Hello,
I can't find my old purchased videos I bought, from iTunes over a decade
ago, in iPhone 12 mini's iOS v16.2's Apple TV app. Its library is empty. However, iOS' iTunes Store app's More -> Purchased -> Movies and TV
Shows show them. Everytime I want to stream to watch (not download into
my iPhone), it goes to Apple TV iOS app. Am I missing something? :(

Does the same here and plays the video in Apple TV. What's your problem?
Does it not play or what?

More investigations during my down times: In my old, updated iPhone 6
+'s iOS v12.5.6's TV app, it doesn't play and show my purchased videos
in its Library as well. :( In both iPhones' iTunes Store, I can play my purchased videos AFTER I download them into iPhones. Does iOS' TV app
not let me stream online without downloading? :(

"... Got it! This is the issue, as I was referring to compatibility.
If you don't see an app that you want to redownload, that app might
not be compatible with your device. For example, an app or movie that
you bought for your Mac Or PC, might not also work on your iPhone..." --Apple's online support chat advisor. That sucks for medias. I'd
assume purchased medias would work for all devices with the same Apple
ID account. :(

I still see TV shows that I purchased long ago in my Apple TV app in iOS 16.2. For instance, we purchased "Lost, Season 1" from the iTunes store
way back in 2005, and it shows up in the Apple TV app on my iPhone. And
even though it definitely is not downloaded to my device, it starts
streaming as soon as I tap the play button. So, I'm not sure what your problem is, but it's definitely not one that affects everyone
universally.
Anyway, what you've described isn't a media problem - it's apparently an *app* or some other (networking?) issue. There's no indication that the
media itself is to blame.
