    I got rid off of my mobile phone. No old-ass cellphone, no smartphone,
    no Android device. Only normal desktop and laptop computers with Debian.

    Yeah,

    1. NO MALWARE - don't install sideloaded apps from shady sites or social media apps (which harvest your data), if you can avoid it.

    2. VPN on Public Wifi - if you connect to Starbucks WiFi or any public wifi, then you should know hackers can see your DNS requests, they can't decrypt TLS/SSL traffic, but then can see anything sent insecurely. You need a VPN for such occasions. (skip
    this if you NEVER connect to Public wifi)

    3. UP TO DATE - Always always always stay on the latest iOS & latest apps.

    Yes, the very latest version of any OS is always the most secure,
    simply because they've got the newest updates. That doesn't mean the
    old versions are useless or suddenly stop working. They still work the
    same as they always did and are no less secure than they were last
    week. :-\
