    Is there a way to see iPhones' iOS cellular statistics during specific
    time ranges (the last hour) like iOS' battery?

    No, but there is an app called "open signal" which will show you
    your cell (and wifi) data useage. It can show data used for the
    day, past week, and past month. Can be rest to zero any time you wish.
