latest Wall Street nickname for his tariff chaos.
The acronym stands for "Trump Always Chickens Out" and was reportedly

This seems dangerous: goad the guy into doing something truly
regrettable just because he refuses to be called a chicken is the kind
of strategy that sees the White House starting a war in some place
ridiculous.
