    here's a study that was done of the prices of McDonald's, Taco Bell and Chick-fil-A from 2019 to 2024.

    These companies raised their average prices between 57.4% all the way up to 141.4% with McDonald's being the worst.

    Do you feel that these price increases were necessary?

    Many have complained the quality of not only the food but the service has went down during that time as well. What exactly are consumers getting for such crazy price increases?

    During above timeframe, there were companies jacking up the prices to
    see how high they could go.

    If most items we buy had to have a retail price tag on them, companies
    raising prices might alter their behavior. Before electronic cash
    registers that can scan bar codes, most all grocery items had a price
    label.
