    Tidbits

    It was another person who suggested/implemented the downsizing of
    Twitter's staffing.

    Fork in the Road - Press suggests this was his idea, but this buyout
    plan is not in sync with the law.

    USAID - Only Congress can eliminate funding, etc., but he was
    suggesting funding would be cut off at Treasury.

    Points - He has not done his homework, others' inputs have been
    required for various paths he has taken, and at his age, an irrational
    person with bouts of hate towards others/etc.

    to legit concerns. USAID, for instance, buys grain products from USA
    farmers, and USAID makes payments to them. Issue here is a person has
    to know the specifics of a USAID payment, but the Muskovites did a
    "point and shoot" method...same with payouts to health care
    organizations which got affected.

    First class doofuses them Muskovites are....end result when a legit
    concern is not paid is a lawsuit.
