True... but the problem is that in a country with freedom of speech, other >> may choose to address him as boy, negro or nigra. He may not like it, he
may choose not to listen, but at the end of the day, it is not up to him
what others choose to call him.
The isn't the case here; people weren't just calling them "boy". They went to court and legally acquired the name.

Since the church "won a $2.8 million default judgment against the
Proud Boys," I assume this means PB "organization" was without funds
in a bank, so the court "gave" this trademark to the church.
