Mississippi lawmaker introduces 'Contraception Begins at Erection Act'

The bill, which is unlikely to pass, would make it unlawful for "a
person to discharge genetic material without the intent to fertilize
    an embryo."

Rock on Missisippi! Only America could make itself great by outlawing
    jerking off.

Someone should shoot a load in that loser's eye.

This has got to be satire. But if not, rock on Mississippi, rock on.

Mississippi state Sen. Bradford Blackmon, a Democrat, introduced a
bill this week that would seemingly ban men from masturbating or
engaging in other sexual acts when they have no "intent to fertilize
    an embryo."

Guarantee you that guy is home jerkin the gherkin like it's nobody's
business. Every lawmaker intent on stopping something is usually also
    doin' it himself, historically.

Could the law be avoided with circle jerking?

While these stunts are funny, I don't know how effective they are. Anti-abortion extremists are zealots who aren't exactly swayed by

So it's all just political theater, the performative equivalent of
jerking off in public? (annoys everyone, accomplishes nothing,
generally not advised, idiots do it anyway).
