    Finland on Thursday seized a ship carrying oil for Russia in relation

    Go finland! Sadly it looks as if they will not be prosecuted for
    terrorism, but only for carelessness/serious accident (sorry, cannot
    translate the exact legal term, since my legalese is not so good).
