    'It's the First Amendment, stupid': Federal judge blasts DeSantis administration for threats against TV stations

    To keep it simple for the State of Florida: "it's the First Amendment,
    stupid."

    That's what a federal judge wrote Thursday as he sided with local TV
    stations in an extraordinary dispute over a pro-abortion rights
    television ad.

    Here we have a bunch of state lawyers/etc wasting taxpayers'
    dollars....no penalty for them jerks, who should know better.

    Ahh, note that according to a very knowledgeable source I have, all
    lawyers who work for the government are incompetent and did not have the
    grades or skills to be hired by the private sector. I think this explains
    the situation.
