China calls for realtime censorship of satellite broadband

Beijing has published its proposed regulations for satellite
broadband, including a requirement that operators conduct censorship
    in real time.

In its latest draft rules, the Cyberspace Administration of China
proposes any organization or individual using terminal equipment with
direct connection to satellite services is not allowed to "produce,
copy, publish, or disseminate content prohibited by laws and
administrative regulations, such as content that incites subversion of
state power, overthrows the socialist system, endangers national
security and interests, damages the national image, incites secession
of the country, undermines national unity and social stability,
promotes terrorism, extremism, ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination,
    violence, pornography, and false information."

I wonder how easy it is to detect starlink connections? Of course the
receivers have to be hidden out of plain sight, or else a drone would
quickly detect those. But assuming they are well hidden, how many man
hours does it take to detect, dismantle and punish a chinese person for
trying to access an uncensored internet?

First, does Elon have subscriptions available?

Secondly, if so, Elon would crank up the censorship 'machine' but it
    would fail.

Thirdly, any radio transmitter can be tracked.

Lastly, iirc, China plans on putting up their Leo satellites, and
their censorship stipulations would most likely rule out outsiders
from getting a piece of China's customers.

Hence, I think China is saying keep out of our turf...protectionism.

China is ruthless when comes to controlling their programmed
    'citizens'

If Elon offered an "intranet," (China only), then no problem. Internet
means global, and intranet means within say a country.

What is the difference between inter and intra?

The prefixes inter- and intra- are commonly confused because of their
similar spellings, but once you look at their definitions, it's easy
to tell the difference. Inter- refers to something that's between two
or more things; intra- refers to something within a single group or
    place.

    China
is full of lies and stupidity. It is just getting more and more
    stupider.
