Judge rules Breonna Taylor's boyfriend caused her death, throws out
    major charges against ex-Louisville officers

A federal judge has thrown out major felony charges against two former Louisville officers accused of falsifying a warrant that led police to
Breonna Taylor's door before they fatally shot her.

U.S. District Judge Charles Simpson's ruling declared that the actions
of Taylor's boyfriend, who fired a shot at police the night of the
raid, were the legal cause of her death, not a bad warrant.
    ...
    ...
A U.S. Justice Department spokesperson confirmed to CBS News that the department is reviewing the judge's decision and assessing next steps.

No, if the police department did not issue guns, then this death would
have been prevented It's the police department's fault.

I mean, they falsified a warrant and tried to break into an apartment at
night. How was the guy to know this actually were actual police officers executing an active warrant if they neither properly identified
themselves, nor were actually performing a lawful action, nor had any
reason to be there in the first place.

Either Americans can stand their ground or they can't. According to this
    judge they can't.

I mean, they falsified a warrant and tried to break into an apartment at >night

Years ago I heard (unverified) that if a truck driver was involved in
an accident (no fault of driver), but was in violation of his hours of
service (logbook), the driver could be held liable since the accident
would not have happened if the driver was in compliance with federal
    (DOT) hours of service.

I know the "ambulance chasers" believe logbook violations are to their advantage.

Uncovering Log Book Violations in a Truck Accident Lawsuit https://bringardner.com/log-book-violations/

    falsified a warrant

"Failure to record, complete, or retain the log, or knowingly
falsifying logs or other reports, makes the driver and/or carrier
    liable to prosecution" https://csa.fmcsa.dot.gov/safetyplanner/MyFiles/SubSections.aspx?ch=23&sec=69&sub=178

If what I heard is true (driver can be held responsible in some manner
for an accident because he would not have been at that location via
true logbook hours), then this judge's opinion is in conflict with how
drivers are evaluated in an accident.

Just kill the judge already, burn there house down, take
it out on there children....Do not riot.

Joyce Karlin ( Person who gave the murderer of Latisha Harlins, the
Korean store owners wife Soon Ja Du next to no sentencing or any
jailtime ) who allowed an idiot to walk because "She did not
look, like the kind of person" .

You got messed up people in the court-system. Lets replay the events.

    1. She was girlfriends with a druggie. The druggie made it clear she
has nothing to do with his life, and they were suppose to take her
    apartment off any list.

NOTE: So for some reason an illegal search warrant was carried out.

    2. They came in via the front door. These people was awaken at night,
( half awake ). Her husband ( whoever he was ) came out, and fired a
    warning shot.

Was there any conversation or notification? No.

    3. She stepped out into the hallway ( being a woman and all not
expecting to face any danger, because this was her home ).

    4. The fired at her, an unarmed person based off the first
    "Warning shot".

    5. Nothing was found

    ................
Simple answer is to find, seek out, and kill all the racist pieces of
a rubbish in the United States, whoever is left over we can all get
along with. That is the only way to prevent another stupid r-tard move
    like what happen there. T
    ..............

NOTE: In response to this..... somebody did randomly kill two officers
and got away with it. Randomly fired at officers in the same state.
Again because of this mindless act of the police.....two officers was
    killed in retaliation.

That is the solution to this.

    ...................................................

Same thing with George Floyd. The sentencing is not justified, the
flat fact that officers who was a part of what happen, could
gracefully walk outside and go grocery shopping

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=02gDU232YM4

Same with the idiot vet ( and two other idiots on the train ) who
recklessly choked a man to death for nothing.
