    Not over here anyway, I downloaded books for my Kindle yesterday
    and today. (I was using up a gift card.)

    I'm not sure I'd ring a support line and complain if I couldn't
    download an e-book though. I'd just try again later on as I have
    loads of other things to read on my Paperwhite anyway. But I
    definitely had no Kindle issues here anyway.
