    I have used a virtual account for one retailer for several years, and
    have made numerous less than $100.00 purchases there. I set Credit
    Limit at $300.00, but a $232.00 purchased was denied the other day.

    CC company uses Chatbots, and their CSR message service was not
    working at 6 am, so I called, waited 1-1/2 hours, and spoke with two
    people who spoke oriental-English. I really doubt this major CC
    company has live help until 7:30am, but their time based voice
    response indicated the CSRs were busy...they answered at 7:30am.

    Thus, CC company rejected a charge that was atypical of my previous
    purchases being less than $100.00. And I strongly suspect they do not
    have 24x7 live CSR service, at least on a Saturday morning. Their CSR
    message service did indicate CSR message srrvice was not available.
