Tesla, Cadillac, GMC drivers are all risking the lives of others
by playing with phones and tablets as their vehicle travels
public roads.

They do not have their hands on the steering wheel and they are
not in control of their vehicle.

These people should be shot and left to rot on the side of the
road.
