    Here's a selection of remarks Trump has made:

    MAY 20, 2014:

    More than a year before he announced his presidential campaign, Trump
    told an Irish television station that he would "absolutely" release
    his tax returns if he entered the race.

    "If I decide to run for office, I'll produce my tax returns,
    absolutely," he said. "And I would love to do that."

    FEBRUARY 25, 2015:

    Trump told radio host Hugh Hewitt that he would "certainly show tax
    returns if it was necessary."

    OCTOBER 4, 2015:

    Trump said in an interview with ABC's George Stephanopoulos that he
    was considering releasing his tax returns.

    "I'm thinking about maybe when we find out the true story on Hillary's

    Too little. If someone leaked my tax records, I'd love for them to have
    10+ years if not more.

    That does still not justify crime,

    absolutely - with no qualification, restriction, or limitation;
    totally.

    From a honorable perspective, Trump is the one who should have paid a
    penalty. In this perspective, this "crime" would not have happened if
    Trump had released his tax documents, like other POTUSs' have.

    Laws and court hearings may not consider the honorable perspective,
    and as such, the weasels are not held accountable for their
    words/deeds.

    Oh, "crime" is a relative concept....laws can be defined to account
    for dishonable acts. When the cat (laws) is away, the mice (weasels) play.....but them MAGA idiots can't sort the chaff from the wheat.

    That does still not justify crime, unless that is taken from a signed
    contract in which case anyone is free to sue.
