Dr John Gartner - founder of the Duty to Warn Coalition - has just
given an interview and tweeted his diagnosis that Trump DOES have
dementia. He points to Trump's phonetic aphasia (word salad), and
misstating who is President - which is a standard item on the mental
status exam.

As a psychologist, I diagnose Trump with "advanced dementia" in this
article. I came out of retirement to do this interview because the
media is afraid to use the D-word but "If this were your uncle Joe you
would run not walk to a neurologist."
