    Once phased out, essentially, no more conflict issues in middle
    eastern countries.

    Phasing down slowly, I believe will be the plan.

    It would be nice if cheap EV batteries existed. When EVs are cheaper
    than ICE vehicles, I would expect EV sales to soar.
