In Cairo, Jordan's King Abdullah says Islam, 1000 years before the
Geneva Conventions, ordered soldiers not to kill a child, a woman or
old person, destroy a tree, harm a priest or destroy a church. "These
are the rules of engagement that Muslims must accept & abide by.."
