1) The Louisiana legistlation in the last couple days passed a law
requiring the 10 Commandments to be prominently legibly displayed in
every state classroom from kindgarten to university. The governor
hasn't signed or vetoed it yet.
How can this be constitutional? (I'm sure it's not.)
2) For example,
https://www.lbc.edu/military/
We offer an array of associates, bachelors, masters and doctoral
degrees for military students and military dependents seeking to use the
Post 9/11 GI Bill , Yellow Ribbon Program or other VA educational
benefits to further their education. Our academic programs and degrees seamlessly integrate biblical content across every professional area of
study, so youll benefit from studying through a Christian worldview.
Study online anywhere or while youre deployed overseas, at our main
college campus in Lancaster, or at our metropolitan area locations in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. Wherever and however you decide to
study with LBC, you can be sure youre getting a quality education. If
you have any questions, our dedicated School Certifying Officials can
help you find the answers.
How is this constitutional?
The first one, Lousiana, is only pending. But this one, the VA
programs, is in operation (for a long time, I think?).
