    The Biden Department of Education says it'll provide federal funds to any school district that loses state funding for defying Ron DeSantis’ IDIOTIC anti-mask order.

    Sometimes. The basic rule is that the federal government can supercede
    state laws when they give people more rights, but cannot reduce the
    rights given under state laws. Of course it's a lot more complicated
    than that, but that's the place it starts from.
