Former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani is appealing a judge's ruling
that requires him to surrender most of his assets to Ruby Freeman and
Wandrea �Shaye� Moss, MiamiHerald.com is reporting. Freeman and Moss, who secured a $148 million judgment against Giuliani in December, have alleged
that he has continued to defame them. They have requested that a separate
judge hold Giuliani in civil contempt due to recent comments made on his
radio show.
