Back in the 1970s I bought a Ted Nicholas incorporation book which said you
can create synonyms or pseudonyms for yourself, hence be all three
stockholders necessary for incorporation. He said you register them in the Delaware prothonotary (like NYS Dept of State?). Is that same as a DBA? And BTW, I moved to the other end of NYS, do I have to reregister my 1977 DBA
(not used for incorp) to my new county?
