domestic distribution, domestic and international freight
forwarding, warehouse logistics, sea and air transport, as well as
customs agency services, we are looking for a Junior Cost
Transport Analyst.

This company has a network of 9 logistics platforms and offices,
employs over 200 employees in Poland and serves over 1200
customers.

***** Junior Analyst for Transportation Cost Accounting

***** Tasks:

* Participation in the process of freight cost settlement
* Current analysis of deviations
* Support in the invoicing process in the logistics-administrative
chain
* Revision of discrepancies in the invoicing process and escalation to
the customer
* Analysis of supplier documentation (carriers, logistics operators)
and corrective/remedial actions
* Control and correction of payments
* Active participation in the IT system implementation process
* Participation in the creation of procedures, methods and tools
supporting the Freight-Audit-Payment (FAP) process
* Ensuring consistency in the creation and modification of data in
databases
* Cooperation with the Settlement Manager in terms of correctness and
reliability of processed data
* Participation in processes of updating and improving IT tools
* Current analysis of claims and corrections - reporting
* Support in the implementation of the customer's IT system in Poland
and foreign units
* Improvement of used tools in order to minimize the number of
incorrect payments and settlements with suppliers

* French language knowledge
* Experience/knowledge gained in the TSL industry (transport - freight
forwarding logistics)
