***** Responsibilities:

* Active customer acquisition in the Polish market and foreign markets
* Analysis of customer needs and matching the best service model
* Cooperation with the implementation department - consultants (as you
acquire new customers, you will receive your own recruitment team
that you will lead and that will be responsible for your
projects).
* Registration of sales activity in the CRM system


***** Desired skills & experience:

* At least one year of experience in selling recruitment services
and/or related services
* Experience in working with business clients
* Highly developed negotiation skills
* Ability to conduct sales conversations both over the phone and
during online and face-to-face meetings


***** Good to have skills:

* Knowledge of the IT industry (theoretical or practical)
* Willingness to develop - the IT industry is one of the
fastest-growing, so we put a lot of emphasis on the development of
our Consultants (mainly through internal training),
* "Can-do" attitude - we always look for new solutions,
* Self-confidence - okay, at first you may not feel confident, but
once you learn the industry topics, you will be able to
confidently communicate with most IT specialists,
* Openness to communication with different people - you will have
