    Monetization of MT799 Blocked Funds
    We need clients with large accounts that we can do a swift MT799 cash block and monetize and trade. 1B tranches but can do smaller. Can be on ledger or off ledger.
    This is a blocked funds transaction. Should be 1 Billion Euros tranches but can be less with approval. Funds do not move.
    Every 1 Billion blocked equals 95 Million per week for 44 weeks. Proceeds paid out of Standard Chartered
