2020 and 2017 manat notes are available right now in Dubai. If you have dealt manat before you should know getting manat safely into Dubai is not easy and expensive hence why manat is expensive in Dubai. The rate varies depending on day and demand.
2020 is available @ 355k AED - 370k AED per million manat.
2017 is available @ 330k AED - 350k AED per million.
Here is how i deal.
First i dont deliver to buyer, This is not an online shop.
If buyer is in Dubai and has money ready.
1) Buyer can come to seller location with Dirham (buyer can come with someone) 2) Buyer shows AED then keeps it outside then walks into the shop
3) Buyer counts, verifies and confirms manat
4) Buyer then calls the AED inside the shop pays and takes the manat. I will send a friend to meet up with buyer and probably drive buyer or escort buyer to seller location.
OR
If he can't do like this then:
1) My friend will meet with buyer and his person.
2) Buyer will quickly show he has Dirham to pay.
3) My Friend will drive just buyer person to seller location.
4) Buyer person will walk in then confirm the manat.
5) Buyer person will call buyer to come with Dirham
6) Buyer comes and then pays and take manat.
Note: (1) My friend will be coming alone to meet buyer and drive buyer person to seller location. (2) Buyer person once he gets to seller location and sees manat won't leave till buyer comes with money.
