• NO UPFRONT SBLC: PROVIDER DEPOSITS 1% WITH YOUR NOMINATED ESCROW AS PER

    Now, I have a Provider SBLC, based in Amsterdam, who has a simple, NO UPFRONT, and 100% guaranteed procedure which I believe would be a compensation for all the past transaction failures.

    Here's the summary of the Procedure for your consideration; (also attached)

    - Client submits LOI / KYC etc for Provider's Due Dilligence.

    - Once approved, the Provider issues a Contract for both parties to sign.

    - Client nominates own ESCROW LAW FIRM (must be based in Europe / America)

    - Both parties (Client and Provider) deposit 1% Non Performance Penalty Fee with the approved Escrow Lawyer until deal is successful.

    - Provider's Issuing bank (HSBC, UK) transmits MT760 to your Receiving Bank. Lease / Purchase fee is paid after MT760 is received and authenticated.

    - The 1% penalty fee is then released to both parties.

    (This Procedure guarantees 100% performance of both parties)

    P.S: If you DO NOT want to deposit 1% non performance penalty fee, then you can deposit the transmission fee (</= 300k) with your escrow law firm, but this must be released after MT799 is received and confirmed by your Receiving bank, then lease/
    purchase fee is paid after MT760 is received and authenticated.

    Kindly consider any of the above options and if acceptable to you, please send your Letter of Interest and KYC for us to proceed, and after the initial approval, you will have direct access to the Provider as well.

    * Monetization Option is available.

    Thank you, and I look forward to your response or questions.

    Regards,
    Minh
