    True, but before Garland was a judge his track record as a prosecutor
    was too keep everything very quiet until he had all his ducks in
    a row. So we can't really tell if the Justice Dept. is not doing
    anything or if big things are coming.

    and New York. Trump and family just had his attempt to dodge
    New York subpoenas denied.
