    The interesting point is that this is a civil proceeding,
    where the standard is balance of probabilities and not
    "beyond a reasonable doubt". In a civil prosecution taking
    the 5th can be used to infer guilt.

    Yes. I agree and I am confident that the 'Crime Family' Trump is guilty as sin and soon they will be in criminal court.
    I appears to be coming to an end...and when does it will crash hard. It certainly will be must watch on TV.

    Yes. The Trump Company is terribly sketchy.... Seems every business Donald Trump has comes with a $cam that goes along with it. The full court press has to be working on the CFO. I suspect he is negotiating a plea deal good for him and BAD for
    Trump.
