    I don't understand IPO pricing. The stock was up 25% from the
    IPO price, and this is considered a good thing? It looks to
    me like Softbank and the other owners only got 75% of of what
    they could have received.

    Generally, IPO stocks will sell for less than the IPO price
    within a year of the IPO.

    I remember, FaceBook's IPO many Moons ago, opened over $40, then sold off to $25.
    Latest price, floats around $300+.
