Senile Joe needs to resign.. Kamila is on deck..It's not clear (to me) whether Kamila is Constitutionally allowed to be President.
On the one hand, Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution says the
President must be a natural born Citizen (or, now, ~237 years old).
Kamila isn't. If she can't serve, then next in line (IIRC), is the
Speaker of the House.
[Actually, I heard a "Trump 2022" plan floating around months before
the last election that went something like:
"red wave" gaining control of both houses,
impeach and convict Biden, so he's removed from office,
Kamila can't be President, so it would go to the Speaker (Kevin),
he appoints Trump as VP,
then steps down to be Speaker again,
making Trump President.
Far-fetched, but imaginative.]
On the other hand, Amendment XXV says, without any qualification, if the President can't fulfill his duties, then the duties go to the VP, and
(in my lay interpretation), the Amendment would prevail precisely
because it's an Amendment.
My guess is that the actual result would be an immediate Court challenge
to decide the issue.

or Senate Republicans.

Then why is AG Garland going after Biden? Thanks to Biden, Trump walks. LOL.Where did you read that? They are two separate cases and will be investigated as such...
Something came up that made me wonder if I'd missed something. I don't
like being wrong :-), so I did a bit more investigating, just in case.
I spent a while doing several Google searches.
Many newspaper articles (mostly from 2020) regarding whether Kamala
Harris qualifies as a "natural born citizen" seem to have been written
to intentionally confuse "natural born citizen" with "citizen". Other articles are just outright wrong, claiming that merely being born on
U.S. territory qualifies as "natural born".
There's no question she's a "citizen": she was born in Oakland, CA, and
her parents weren't diplomats or other exceptions.
Being a "natural born citizen", however, additionally requires that both parents be U.S. citizens (either natural born or naturalized) at the
time of birth (although one article I saw suggested that "by the child's
16th birthday" was good enough, too). That's mainly so there's no
question of whether the child can be claimed as a citizen of a foreign country via the parents.
[E.g., a child born to U.S. citizen parents in a foreign country is
still a U.S. citizen. Similarly, a child born here to foreigners may
have citizenship in the parents' country. The case where only 1 parent
is a U.S. citizen is more complicated.]
Kamala's parents were from India and Jamaica. The father is a
naturalized citizen now, but the web page articles I looked at
(incl. Wikipedia) suggest he didn't become a naturalized citizen until
well after her birth in 1964. I didn't come across anything saying her
mother had ever become a U.S. citizen. In 1964, her parents were
foreigners here on student and work visas (IIUC), so, if that's right,
then neither was a U.S. citizen.
These 2 references looked they actually knew what they were talking
about regarding the legal definition of "natural born citizen" in the
U.S.:
https://www.jayweller.com/natural-born-citizen-defined/
https://constitutioncenter.org/blog/the-birthright-citizenship-debate-returns-for-2020-election
In any case, it looks like what I posted previously is not wrong,
