If you had basic maturity, you'd be fine with trans women in women's >>>>>> spaces.  It's always stunted-growth, arrested-development bitches who >>>>>> are the TERFs.  They can fuck off.

You do realize that SCOTUS judge Ketanji Jackson was unable to define a woman.

Well it's not the easiest thing to answer verbally, in a session like
the judiciary committee would've had with her.  As with a lot of
things, "you know it when you see it" - my GF has a cock and two
balls, but you'd never think that meeting her clothed.

Any guy can put on a dress.

If you have a dick, you go there.  If not, you go here.

    NEXT!

That's pretty out of touch and date, "governor", if a trans woman is
required to enter the male spaces, there's substantial threat *to
    him*,

    I unethically edited your post.

    Of course you did, scooter.

    Corrected your misspelling.

The Eighth does not mention male, female, whatever. It says no
person regardless of your criteria can be subject to cruel or
    unusual punishment.

So you admit that the 8th does not permit the state to force men and
women to use the same bathrooms as trans people. This is progress
    for you!

The eighth amendment has nothing to do with toilets. It pertains only to criminal defendants and convicts. It has no applicability to whether or not transsexuals are allowed to use the toilet facilities for the gender with which they identify — no applicability whatsoever.

If trans women are allowed to use women's toilets and locker rooms, non-trans women are not being punished by the criminal justice system. The eighth amendment simply does not apply.
