Notoriously vain news buff dons form-fitting safety jacket during coverage
of LA wildfires

ABC News anchor David Muir exposed himself on Wednesday as a flaming
narcissist who refused to let a national tragedy prevent him from showing
off his toned bod on national television. Reporting live from Los Angeles amidst the smoldering wreckage of homes destroyed in a massive wildfire,
Muir wore a bright yellow safety jacket over his signature tight black T- shirt. It would appear that Muir was unhappy with the baggy fit of the
jacket, which also featured a slick ABC News logo over the front chest
pocket, so he performed some emergency clothespin tailoring to ensure his muscled physique would not be concealed.

Other reporters on the scene wore similar jackets, but Muir appears to
have been the only one vain enough to insist on a more flattering fit.
Local Fox 11 reporter Mario Ramirez, for example, did not use a clothespin
to tailor his jacket, which didn't even have his station's logo on it. He
was forced to wear a Fox 11 hat like a total amateur. Muir, who is
believed to earn an eight-figure salary to read the teleprompter, would
never cover his elegantly coiffed hair with an ABC News hat. It's so uncivilized.

Muir did not utilize the clothespin during a different shot of him
surveying the damage with a local fire chief, presumably because ABC's
cameras were filming them from behind.

The ABC News personality is widely regarded as one of the most self-
obsessed journalists in an industry teeming with narcissists. He is
rumored to spend an excessive amount of time at Equinox, an expensive
luxury fitness complex favored by celebrities. Muir is facing a personal
crisis at the moment, as the nearest Equinox is a seven-minute walk from
the new ABC News headquarters in Manhattan's Hudson Square, which is more
than twice as far as the network's old headquarters on the Upper West
Side, which was connected to an Equinox by a series of tunnels.

Before hosting last year's ABC News debate between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris and outing himself as a partisan hack, Muir was best known for
flaunting his biceps in a tight black T-shirt, whether as a tourist or in
a professional capacity as a reporter observing a war zone.

Muir hosts World News Tonight, which was the top-rated nightly news
program for the 2023-24 season. The distinction is far less impressive
than it sounds, given the significant decline of network TV news in recent years (and decades). Despite averaging more than 7.7 million viewers last
year, just 14 percent of Muir's audience belonged to the coveted 25-54 age demographic, which suggests the vast majority of people tuning in to watch
