Yes, creased means wrinkled. Is English not your first language? I assume they mean a plug from a lamp or radio. They hurt to step on. Disgestives are biscuits. And I have never lived anywhere but New Jersey.
Also UK plugs are monstrosities that when dropped almost always land
points up. They're the size of a small wall wart.
