Here in Canada last year I needed to contact them, to ask that they carry
a certain book (third parties sold it via amazon canada, but at outrageous >prices). As I recall, somewhere in the fine print at the bottom there was >eventually a form that could send messages, one could select a category
from among a few (most of which weren't relevant), and I sent a message.
And the reply was "you need to contact amazon.ca and they pointed to a
page which I thought was what I used, so I gave up (but posted a "review"
for the overpriced item, and eventually they brought in the book at a
decent price). I thought I was using a Canadian link.
So I'd look down there. Probably not so useful, but I did get a reply,
even if they acted like I'd contacted the wrong place.
But yes, I never saw an obvious email address to send a comment to, let
alone a complaint.
