I notice uncertainty in banks offering credit cards, because two banks I've dealt with for decades have refused to offer me their Visa credit cards, even though I have a good credit rating. Noticed that Transunion kept referring to problems identifying
me, which kept Wells Fargo in denial, as if in collusion somehow.
Nice that PayPal now offers customers their new credit card. My Costco Citi Visa credit card is probably all I need.
Just wondering if banks are anticipating some problems of the inflation/recession syndromes. Read that lots of people back in the homesteading era lost their homes and headed to California, like in the Steinbeck novel, The Grapes of Wrath.
