    The Post Office is your US Government authorized price gouger.

    I had to send back an E-ZPass transponder. I went to the local Post
    Office thinking this was a simple piece of 1st class mail.

    Nope, because it was thicker than one quarter inch it became a package
    with minimum postage of $4.00. Nothing but robbery.

    I recall that a few years ago sending back an E-ZPass transponder cost
    me about $1.60.
