Office 2019 cannot be activated

I tried to check with Office Toolkit, C2R Install but it still shows that the KMS server can‘t be contacted. I disabled Win Defender and Firewall, but it was in vain. If I need to buy Office 2019 Professional Plus Key again .Need help?
