Thanks Bruno. I had not backed up my Registry (I'll never learn my
lesson), but I deleted the keys you suggested anyway. I then manually re-created new user profiles and I STILL CAN'T SEND EMAIL ON MY
VERIZON ACCOUNTS! (but I can send email on my godaddy POP3 accounts)
Damn! This sucks! This seemed like a good idea. Do you have any other suggestions? I'm at the end of my rope! Arrrgghh!
Claim again with your VERIZON provider, give them remote
desktop connection access to your PC and see what they can do.
Then... change provider.

Hello, It appears that Verizon email servers cannot be accessed. I called Frontier who bought out Verizon a few years back. They provided the Frontier email settings that were useless. I had Outlook 2016 installed on two laptops and a desktop. They all
stopped sending and receiving on July 8, 2021. It appears like the former Verizon customers are hosed. I can still access my AOL via their page which is a POS. I ran a MS program that determined it was a connectivity issue. Hope this helps someone. I
remain lost on this issue.
