  • External Hard Drive Problems

    My sister and nephew have had problems with their external hard drives since the May update. Each time I think I fixed it it happens again. It is so flaky. One has a Western Digital external hard drive and the other has a Seagate external hard drive.
    Both are running Windows 10. Has anyone else ran into these problems. My nephew wants to go out and buy another external hard drive but I do not think it is the problem. I think it is Windows causing the problem. Any suggestions?
