[gentoo-dev] [PATCH 1/2] repostiories: Lower non-Gentoo projects to uno

Lower the status of a bunch of repositories to unofficial status.
The remaining "official" repositories are:

a. Gentoo developer overlays (of active developers)

b. project repositories of active Gentoo projects
