[gentoo-dev] PATCH freedict: use HTTPS for HOMEPAGE and SRC_URI

Hi,
This is a simple fix for freedict.eclass to use https instead of http.
I've made a PR at github: https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/34785
